These User Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of mindclub.dev, MindClub AI, APIs, account balance, payment and recharge functions, AI detection, text humanization, document parsing, and related online tools. The service provider is 北京福强科技有限责任公司 (Beijing Fuqiang Technology Co., Ltd.).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MindClub AI, creating an account, submitting content, using an API key, making a payment, or otherwise using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for protecting your login credentials, account session, payment access, and API keys. All activity under your account or API keys is your responsibility.

4. Service Description

MindClub AI provides AI-written text detection, English text humanization, document parsing, account balance, API access, usage records, payment and recharge functions, support tools, and related services. Detection results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. Humanization output may require human review before use.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of text, documents, prompts, files, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and process such content. You grant 北京福强科技有限责任公司 a limited right to host, transmit, analyze, transform, store, and process your content as necessary to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, create or distribute harmful, deceptive, abusive, illegal, or privacy-invasive content, interfere with service operation, bypass limits, abuse free or promotional features, reverse engineer the service, resell access without permission, compromise platform security, or use the service in a manner that may harm the service provider, other users, or third parties.

7. Academic, Professional, and Compliance Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MindClub AI complies with school, employer, publisher, platform, client, industry, and legal requirements. We do not guarantee that any output will pass a third-party detector, academic review, editorial review, compliance review, or platform moderation process.

8. Payments, Balance, and Pricing

Some features may be free, paid, metered, subscription-based, or balance-based. Prices, usage limits, minimum recharge amounts, and included features are displayed on the website or checkout page and may change with reasonable notice. Balance is credited after payment confirmation from the applicable payment provider. You are responsible for reviewing order information before payment.

9. Refunds

Except where required by law, completed usage charges and consumed balance are non-refundable. If a successful payment is not credited due to a technical error, contact support and we will investigate. We may refuse refunds for fraud, abuse, policy violations, completed service usage, chargeback abuse, or other misuse.

10. API Use

API users must protect API keys, apply reasonable security controls, comply with rate limits and usage policies, and monitor applications that connect to the service. We may suspend, rotate, limit, or revoke API keys to protect the service, prevent abuse, address unpaid balances, comply with law, or resolve security risks.

11. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, AI model providers, payment processors, document processing tools, hosting providers, analytics tools, security tools, and other vendors. Those services may be subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and limitations.

12. Intellectual Property

MindClub AI, mindclub.dev, website designs, APIs, software, documentation, product names, marks, workflows, and platform technology are owned by 北京福强科技有限责任公司 or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform, software, website, brand assets, or documentation to you.

13. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every browser, document, integration, or third-party system, or permanent availability of any feature. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when necessary for business, security, legal, operational, or technical reasons.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, used the service unlawfully, caused payment or chargeback issues, abused promotional features, or created security, operational, or reputational risk.
