Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MindClub AI, including mindclub.dev, AI detection, English text humanization, account balance, APIs, documentation, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the service in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of your login session and API keys, and all activity under your account.

Service Description

MindClub AI provides AI-written text detection, English writing humanization, document parsing, balance recharge, API access, and related workflow tools. Detection results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. Humanization output may require review and editing before use.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, abusive, or illegal content, interfere with service operation, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the service, resell access without permission, or use API keys in a way that compromises platform security.

Academic, Professional, and Compliance Use

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MindClub AI complies with school, employer, platform, publisher, client, and legal requirements. We do not guarantee that humanized text will pass any third-party detector, editorial review, academic review, or compliance process.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content to the service. You grant MindClub AI a limited license to host, process, transmit, analyze, transform, and store content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Payments and Balance

AI detection is currently offered for free, subject to rate limits and availability. Humanization is priced at $2 per 1,000 words unless otherwise stated. Minimum recharge is $10. Balance is credited after payment confirmation from the payment provider. Prices, limits, and features may change with reasonable notice.

Refunds

Except where required by law, completed usage charges are non-refundable. If a recharge payment is successfully captured but not credited due to a technical error, contact support and we will investigate. We may refuse refunds for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or completed service usage.

API Terms

API users must protect API keys, use reasonable security controls, and comply with rate limits and usage policies. We may suspend or revoke keys to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, or address unpaid balances. You are responsible for applications, users, and workflows that connect to the API using your keys.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure, AI model providers, payment processors, document processing tools, hosting providers, and other vendors. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

MindClub AI, the website, APIs, designs, software, documentation, names, marks, and platform technology are owned by MindClub AI or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our platform or brand assets.

Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free results, or compatibility with every document, browser, integration, or third-party system. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindClub AI disclaims warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindClub AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or third-party claims arising from use of the service.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, used the service unlawfully, or caused payment, security, or operational issues.
